Q: What is Remote Support?
A: Remote Support is a service that allows us to diagnose and repair 90% of software problems thru the internet. This saves time and cost for you the customer. If you can get on the internet we can help remotely in 9 out of 10 cases. Many fixes can be done in less than an hour and some in less than 15 minutes.
Q: Do I Need Anti-Virus Protection?
A: If you use the internet at all you should have a good Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware program. These programs will protect you from a majority of the malicious programs on the internet. However Anti-Virus & Anti-Malware programs cannot and will not protect you against everything. Constant Vigilance & Common Sense need to be used when on the internet.
